Q: What happens if I change my brokerage?

You can take everything with you. All you need to do is to setup your new brokerage in REMARKETER and upload a new brokerage logo. Please note that you may have to resubmit your real estate board agreements as a result of brokerage change. Also, if your REMARKETER payments are made by your new brokerage (or had been done by your previous firm) new rates may apply, or you may have to to take over the payments.

Q: What payment options do I have?

We charge your credit card, and we accept VISA, MasterCard and Amex. We also do havearrangements with some brokerages that cover the costs for their agents, and may charge you internally. Please ask your brokerage.

Q: Does REMARKETER have landing pages to support my PPC ads?

Yes. REMARKETER has a dynamic landing page link builder system that can allow you to quickly generate links to landing pages for seller and buyer prospects, with specified geographic and property type focus. For example, you can easily generate a landing page that serves leads that are looking to buy “condos under $700,000 in Etobicoke”

Q: Is the REMARKETER website Search Engine Optimized (SEO)?

Yes. We pay special attention to details when it comes to SEO and your website will perform very well with Search Engines. One of REMARKETER’s greatest advantages is itsability to incorporate content to render a highly usable and information-rich website. This will attract engaged traffic that will result in superior SEO performance.

Q: Does REMARKETER have plans for real estate Brokerages?

Q: Does REMARKETER work for real estate teams?

Yes. Once you sign up to REMARKETER, you can add your team members to your website and use your team’s branding on all communication channels. Please note that we regard a real estate team as one marketing entity, and therefore one account is assigned for the team.

Q: Can I get support and training?

Of course. You can email our support team, use the in-app chat function, run a visual tour for any one of REMARKETER’s modules, and also take part in our regular training webinars. REMARKETER is a big platform, and we want you to be able to benefit from all its functions and capabilities.

Q: Are there any limits to the number of emails I can send out using REMARKETER?

No. You can send as many mass-email campaigns as you wish. But be careful, too many emails can upset your contacts.

Q: Are there any limits to the number of contacts I can import?

Technically no. You can have as many contacts as you wish in REMARKETER. However please note that we cannot guarantee quality of service for extraordinarily large number of contact. Please contact us if you are planning to import and work with more than 10,000 contacts. We may be able to give you better solutions.

Q: Can I export my contacts at any time?

es. Downloading your contacts in REMARKETER is as easy as pressing a button, and you can download your entire CRM database at any time.
