Many real estate agents spend a huge part of their time and money on gaining new "leads." However, you should make sure that you NEVER overlook your existing customers in pursuit of new ones. Special deals, previews and personalized communications are just a few of the ways that you can make your current clients feel special, and grow your profits through return business and referrals. Remember, you should truly communicate with your clients; sending a newsletter every once in a while and reminding them that you would appreciate referrals is good, but doesn't always do the trick.
